Responsibilities
  • Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Schwab’s AI platform in alignment with business and technology goals.
  • Serve as the technical product owner, ensuring AI solutions are designed, built, and deployed effectively to meet enterprise needs.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration between engineering, data science, risk management, and business teams to deliver AI-powered solutions.
  • Own and manage the AI platform’s product backlog, defining, prioritizing, and refining user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Ensure seamless integration of AI capabilities into Schwab’s broader technology ecosystem while maintaining scalability, security, and compliance.
  • Identify AI-driven business opportunities and work closely with stakeholders to develop impactful use cases.
  • Stay ahead of emerging AI technologies and best practices, continuously evaluating new advancements for potential adoption.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Desired Qualifications

  • Graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI/ML, or other quantitative discipline
