Job Description:
Northrop Grumman Space Systems is searching for an experienced EH&S Engineer to join the Launch Vehicles EH & S team in Chandler AZ.
The EHS Engineer interprets, recommends, and complies with environmental, health, safety, and fire regulations and/or company policies. Performs inspections, supports hazardous work processes, reviews work procedures, revises EH&S command media documents/presentations. Assists in hazardous waste management. Assists in audits and inspections by outside agencies. Performs other duties as assigned by the EH&S Manager. Perform EH&S trainings as required.
Secret Clearance
Must be able to obtain a security clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
Level 2: Engineer EH&S
Minimum of 2 Years experience in EH&S with Bachelors in Science; 0 Years with Masters;
US Citizenship is required
Ability to travel is required/10-15%
Level 3-Principal Engineer EH&S
Minimum of 5 Years in EH&S with Bachelors in Science; 3 Years with Masters; 1 Year with PhD
US Citizenship is required

Salary Range: $68,500.00 - $102,700.00Salary Range 2: $84,200.00 - $126,400.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate’s experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
