Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • Within 6 months of hire date, will need to complete and pass the SIE and Series 65 exams.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct research and interpret financial data.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact confidently with clients and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across functions.
Responsibilities
  • Assist in maintaining and nurturing relationships with high-net-worth clients by providing exceptional service and ensuring client needs are promptly addressed.
  • Assist senior wealth managers in monitoring and reviewing client portfolios.
  • Conduct research and analysis on market trends, investment opportunities, and client portfolios.
  • Support the team with administrative tasks including scheduling meetings, preparing client presentations, documenting client communications, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records.
  • Participate in client meetings, taking notes, following up on action items, and ensuring that clients' needs are addressed.
  • Continuously expand your knowledge of wealth management, financial planning, investment strategies, and regulatory compliance through training, mentorship, and hands-on experience.
  • Ensure that all client interactions, documentation, and investment activities comply with industry regulations and internal policies.
  • Work closely with senior wealth managers, analysts, and other team members to deliver comprehensive financial solutions and ensure client satisfaction.
Desired Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a client-facing role, finance, or wealth management (internships or previous work experience is a plus).
