  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners to drive new business, increase repeat business, and drive collection of billed revenue
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed of industry trends and competitor activity
  • Negotiate and close deals with prospective clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, growth, customer service, real estate, and legal to ensure smooth onboarding, complaint resolution, revenue collections, and ongoing satisfaction of clients
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through a variety of channels, including networking, prospecting, and market research
  • Provide regular reporting on sales activities and results to senior management
