  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in the construction industry or related sectors
  • Strong network and established relationships with industry stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to close large-scale, complex construction projects
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Cultivate strong relationships with developers, general contractors, architects, engineers, and key decision-makers
  • Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting and proposal development to contract negotiation and closing
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships
  • Anticipate client needs and provide tailored solutions that align with project requirements and budgets
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to strengthen brand presence
  • Monitor MEP Market/Industry, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities
  • Articulate to leadership HOW to define a new customer base and why specific customers are targeted, and how to turn potential leads into sales
