Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a strong, engaged, and growing Tax Services team
  • Be accountable and responsible for the jurisdictional P&L for the Tax Services team
  • Develop a jurisdictional growth strategy and implementation plan for the UK Tax Services team
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to identify, pursue, and deliver new services and operating models
  • Influence the design and implementation of technology-based solutions for exceptional client service
  • Work closely with Business Development and Marketing teams to position Aztec as an industry leader
  • Ensure effective use of client relationship management systems to maximize client knowledge and satisfaction
  • Provide relevant local tax trends to the business and clients
  • Contribute to Group-wide strategic initiatives and objectives
  • Develop and deliver client service strategy, maximize Tax Service revenues, and ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Manage and maximize client satisfaction of Tax Services clients
  • Lead the Tax Services team in the UK, participate in leadership team meetings, and support the Group Head of Tax Services
  • Monitor KPIs related to Tax Services revenue, gross margin, team productivity, cash collection, client satisfaction, team engagement, and operational/compliance incidents
