  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering with six (6) months experience.
Responsibilities
  • Deliver Statement of Work package completion and interface with design studio on concepts & feasibility.
  • Supporting program level discussions for supplier selection during sourcing.
  • Worked on new and modified CAD with studio and performed required tests and CAE to identify the efficiency of the product.
  • Reduced product complexity by increasing design efficiency using DFSS.
  • Conducted DVP&R and DFMEA for robust design.
  • Performed Breadboard testing to identify any issue and use Root Cause Analysis to perform required change notices.
  • Managing cross functional teams to support design and release of HVAC components.
  • Interface with team and support program deliverables (SWT, BOM, VSEM, FSIM, eFDVS).
  • Deliver product changes. DCR, ED&T, CNE-DF approval, CMF, WERS, Change Control and finally release the product in the market.
