- Conceptual Cloud Infrastructure knowledge
- Basic IT Infrastructure security knowledge (i.e. firewalls, routers, physical hardware, software, etc.)
- Confluence and JIRA knowledge
- IAT Level II certification
- Bachelor’s Degree + 12 years of experience, OR Associate’s Degree + 15 years, OR No Degree + 20 years of experience
- Degree in computer science or IT computer engineering from an accredited college or university
Responsibilities
- Lead meetings regarding the UWE IT infrastructure
- Take comprehensive notes and document them on a confluence page
- Strategically think about next steps and propose them to the team lead
- Update JIRA schedules and create decision points within JIRA
- Put together technical PPT slides
- Diagram concepts
- Support ad-hoc UWE tasks
- Manage medium to large projects
