Responsibilities
  • Prospecting, researching, and identifying new leads by using a variety of approaches including online searches as well as industry specific searches.
  • Identifying key decision makers within these prospects.
  • Updating Tenstreet’s sales tools (Sugar CRM, SalesLoft, etc.) with the up-to-date information.
  • Coordinating with the Sales and Sales Operations teams to develop and grow the sales pipeline.

Tenstreet connects drivers and carriers in the transportation industry with a mobile application that simplifies the hiring and onboarding process for truck drivers. By pre-filling 80% of the required information, the platform increases the number of complete applications, leading to more hires for clients. Unlike competitors, Tenstreet offers personalized training and ongoing education to help clients effectively use the platform while ensuring compliance with DOT regulations. The company's goal is to streamline recruitment and onboarding processes while promoting a paperless operation.
