  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
  • Minimum of three years of experience in Human Resources
  • Must be willing to work a hybrid schedule, which means being on-site Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, as well as additional days when on-site support is needed
Responsibilities
  • Directly serve as the HR Manager for the Future of Flight Systems organizations (250 salaried clients) and Performance and Combustion Engineering Sciences (~100 salaried clients)
  • Partner with client leaders on employee topics such as engagement, team touchpoints, recruiting strategies, performance management, succession planning, employee and people leader talent development, Total Rewards, etc
  • Build relationships with the employee population and be the point of contact for questions on fundamental HR topics and issues, escalate concerns when appropriate, and connect employees and people leaders to HR Services when it is the more appropriate resource
  • Engage with a variety of cross-disciplinary teams to proactively shape the employee value proposition and culture of the organization leveraging the engagement survey results where appropriate.

  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to compile data to drive decision making
