Requirements
  • Expert level understanding of programmatic media strategies, an agency/brand's media buying process and the competitive landscape within the digital advertising ecosystem
  • Excellent track record selling into large agencies with existing relationships with agencies preferred, and experience working with enterprise level direct brands
  • Experienced leader who has built, trained and mentored senior sales and account teams
  • A deep knowledge of programmatic platforms and ecosystems, strong analytical insights, and strategic planning
Responsibilities
  • Hire, train, and mentor a team of Account Executives and Sales Directors globally to sell into Enterprise Accounts
  • Building out and delivering a sales strategy with large agencies and enterprise brands directly
  • Working with product, operations, marketing, and financial teams to design our GTM strategy
  • Pitch potential clients on StackAdapt, alongside AE team both in person and virtually
  • Leverage several sales enablement and operations tools to uncover actionable insights that improve team performance
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams as needed to improve processes and provide feedback that contributes to the overall success of the business
