Requirements
- A Master's degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, or Human Resources is required.
- Demonstrated proficiency in written and verbal communication is required.
- A high degree of interpersonal competency, including professionalism, diplomacy, judgment, and discretion, is required.
- Overall business acumen, ethical decision-making, and relationship management skills are required.
- Demonstrated ability to develop positive and cooperative relationships with students, faculty, and colleagues is required.
- Knowledge of higher education processes is required.
Responsibilities
- Teach a minimum of one graduate-level course.
- Prepare course materials such as syllabi, homework assignments, and handouts.
- Be prompt and accurate in recording and reporting student data.
- Support student learning goals by focusing on student learning outcomes, taking into account students' needs and abilities, and becoming familiar with academic and social support.
- Maintain the academic integrity of the university.
- Make yourself available to assist students in achieving their learning goals.
Desired Qualifications
- Administrative experience is preferred.
