  • Significant knowledge of Venture Capital / Private Equity funds and the broader industry
  • Strong familiarity with how law firms support VC and PE funds
  • Relevant network of contacts within the community, specifically encompassing law firms
  • Strong communication, presentation, and networking skills, with experience leading meetings with key leaders and decision makers
  • Deep understanding of SaaS business models
  • Relevant Business Development / Partnerships or other industry experience
Responsibilities
  • Create champions for Carta’s fund administration products
  • Work cross-functionally with various teams
  • Develop and execute strategies to convert law firms into preferred partners
  • Coordinate with Sales team to activate mutual books of business
  • Lead discovery on additional paths to add value to law firm partners
  • Drive non-linear referral motions with law firm partners
  • Create awareness of Carta’s fund and investor tools
  • Represent Carta in the field and attend industry events
