Requirements
  • Working skillset in programming, preferably Python, with some exposure to C/C++ or other compiled languages
  • Working knowledge of statistics and linear algebra
  • Experience or track record of performance on large projects or trades
  • Ability to analyze mountains of market data and apply machine learning techniques to trading models
  • Experience researching and testing trading strategies with researchers, traders, and developers
  • Familiarity with large on premise clusters and programmatic APIs to a custom tick database and fitting systems

Responsibilities
  • Develop and test new trading systems using machine learning techniques on market data
  • Analyze market data and trading strategies in collaboration with traders and developers
  • Develop new approaches to the market and contribute to existing trading models
  • Scale research workflows using large on premise clusters and API interfaces to data and fitting systems
  • Tailor the position to employ the strong points of the candidate
