  • 7 years of experience in the job offered or as Financial Analysis, Business Intelligence Analyst, Shared Business Operations & Portfolio Management Specialist, Credit Analyst, or related occupation
  • 2 years of experience with identifying and documenting financial model gaps or inconsistencies within financial data workflows
  • 2 years of experience with collaborating with business, compliance, risk, and IT teams to define UAT testing criteria for financial systems and automation solutions
  • 2 years of experience with ensuring Y-14A submission data quality aligns with Federal Reserve's guidance and Dodd-Frank Act Stress Testing (DFAST) regulations
  • 2 years of experience with leading the development and submission of CCAR data pipelines ensuring compliance with appropriate risk controls and regulatory expectations
  • 2 years of experience with collaborating with data engineering team to integrate Python-based forecasting software
  • 2 years of experience with leveraging advanced statistical models and econometrics to support forecasting efforts
  • 2 years of experience with creating dynamic pivot tables to summarize and analyze large data sets
  • 2 years of experience with building variance analysis reports using advanced Excel functions
  • 2 years of experience with developing and implementing quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) data quality frameworks

Responsibilities
  • Run the centralized execution of stress testing activities for the Home Lending business, including the forecasting models
  • Work with Home Lending Controllers, Finance, and Risk teams to ensure accurate reporting for CCAR submissions to regulatory agencies
  • Enhance CCAR narratives with up-to-date methodology changes, as well as new section requirements
  • Coordinate and prioritize the requests and deadlines within the stress testing calendar
  • Participate in and help build upon the broader team's people agenda
  • Perform deep dive analyses and interpretation of variances
  • Create and deliver executive-level presentations that summarize results at various levels of the organization
  • Establish and develop business relationships across Home Lending teams, including Portfolio, Production, Servicing, Credit, and Mortgage Servicing Rights groups
  • Drive process improvements and creating efficiencies across the home lending planning & analysis organization
  • Review work of junior team members
