Requirements
  • 5-7 years experience with People Operations, including HRIS management and administration
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast paced environment

Responsibilities
  • Manage all national and global People Operations functions, such as onboarding and offboarding, visa-related processing, payroll processing, and special projects
  • Manage national and global benefits and rewards administration, including participating in overall plan design and strategy. Main point of contact with carriers and vendors. Complete regular benchmarking studies to ensure our offerings are competitive and attractive. Make recommendations to support growth and enhancements. Responsible for day-to-day maintenance of employee benefits, including all aspects of new hire and open enrollments, changes, and audits
  • Manage national and global Leaves of Absence and ACA Accommodation Requests, including coordinating with employees and managers, completing the interactive process, and integrating leaves and time off with existing company and local, state, and federal policies and benefits available to each individual. Partner with Legal and Payroll teams as needed
  • Participate in all aspects of compensation related activities, including structure and design, on and off-cycle salary review and adjustments, incentive and variable compensation plans design and payments, and documentation
  • Oversee the delivery of critical people operations processes, employment verifications, unemployment claims, offboarding and job information changes including compensation, promotions and transfers
  • Review and approve documentation including contracts, amendments and all other items pertinent to the team member lifecycle
  • Able to produce and analyze people-related reporting for the People team and senior leadership, including headcount tracking and attrition/retention reporting
  • Ensure and maintain compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations
  • Document, implement and work to improve upon policies, processes, procedures and programs relating to the People team - conducting regular reviews around optimization and scalability
  • Produce and enhance employee-facing collateral including new hire welcome packages, onboarding and Archipelago Academy materials, FAQs, and more
  • Partner and collaborate with the greater People team openly and regularly, including participating in lifecycle activities, employee relations, talent development, and performance management projects as needed
