Requirements
- 10+ years of experience designing and leading L&D programs at scale, preferably in high-growth corporate environments
- Experience with various training methods, including on-the-job coaching, mentorship programs and e-learning. Mapping out training plans and schedules, designing and developing training programs (outsourced or in-house) for corporate, HR training and more
- Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods
- Proven ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate)
- In-depth understanding of best practices in learning strategy development and execution
- Proven experience with curriculum development and delivery methodologies and best practices
- Experience in leading and managing a team
- Knowledge of current learning technologies, assessment and survey platforms
- Ability to match personal work style and approach to build trust and credibility
- Thrives in a collaborative and team-oriented culture
- Ability to drive projects through strong project management skills, leadership, influence, and broad knowledge base
- Experience and interest in advertising, social media, and marketing a plus
- Excellent computer skills with knowledge of Google Suite, Zoom, Slack, Learning Management Systems (LMS) and human capital management systems (UKG) a plus
- Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location
- Base Salary $150,000-175,000

Responsibilities
- This position will be expected to work out of our NYC office in a hybrid capacity
- Represent EDU within the People and Experience Team (“PET”) & partners with PET strategists to identify training needs of the org
- In partnership with EVP/Capabilities & Education (“EDU”), responsible for career planning and development programs, leadership development, and enterprise L&D priorities in a fast-paced and rapidly evolving environment
- Consistently seek opportunities to optimize our current performance management program and conduct an annual audit of training offerings & needs
- Partner with PET to pull talent analytics to measure performance and utilize data to inform senior leadership
- Oversees organization & logistics for all Training offerings (with support from L&D Coordinator)
- Set strategy for employee and leadership development across organization
- Partner with PET/Strategists on standards & execution of career planning strategies and initiatives"
- Maintain and initiate EDU training and development programs
- Coordinate “EDU-adjacent” initiatives owned by key stakeholders (e.g., Partnerships, Consulting, Legal, etc.)
- Identify trainers for all EDU-run sessions and run “Train the Trainers” sessions with EVP to scale offerings
- Act as SPOC/liaison for all external trainings & partner relationships (in consultation with EVP/EDU)
- Consult with non-VaynerMedia entities across VaynerX on VM offerings, approaches, best practices, etc
