Requirements
  • 2–3 years in influencer marketing and social media, in a creative agency or in-house brand team, with direct exposure to influencer-driven campaigns and growth
  • A working command of social platforms and how to scale audiences, not only beauty and lifestyle
  • Comfortable building and growing accounts, tracking performance, and guiding top-tier creators while upholding the standard of service the agency is known for
  • Fluent across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Twitch, adapting strategy to the distinct goals and content styles of each creator
  • A strong grasp of trending content, algorithm shifts, and audience behavior
  • Strategic, creative, and adaptable, with a real drive to see your creators succeed
  • Editorial Range (asset): Experience in podcasting, Substack, or editorial platforms
Responsibilities
  • Trusted Coach: Lead 1:1 coaching sessions with talent and Dulcedo peers, offering tailored content and social strategy from ideation through analytics, reporting, and personal branding
  • Content Architect: Recommend and implement SEO, discoverability tactics, and platform audits, aligning each strategy to audience behavior and brand voice
  • Cross-border Connector: Collaborate with agents and management to align influencer deliverables with broader content and brand strategy across the agency's North American and international footprint
  • Platform Pathfinder: Help talent move into new formats: YouTube, streaming, long-form storytelling, and stay ahead of algorithm shifts, emerging features, and cultural trends
  • Recruitment Advisor: Support agents in shaping talent recruitment strategy, assessing the content potential of prospects and identifying creators with strong growth and brand alignment
  • Resource Builder: Design and maintain training modules, presentation decks, and educational sessions that sharpen both creators and internal teams, and build a standing resource library for continuous learning
  • Accountable Operator: Prepare detailed follow-ups and presentations after each session to document outcomes, track progress, and keep accountability clear
