- 3-5 years of relevant experience in a clinical environment
- Bachelor's degree (BS or BA)
- Preferred experience in tech support, including mobile endpoints - devices such as cell phones, tablets
- JMAF / Apple device experience is a plus
- Willingness to travel 40% per month
- Vehicle required
- Proactively identify potential operational challenges and collaborate with senior team members to devise solutions
- Execute and enforce operational standards, policies, procedures, and quality assurance measures
- Ensure compliance with all safety and security policies
- Manage local supply, asset, and inventory, including receiving, counting, documenting, inventory deliveries, and preparing and packaging supplies for Sprinters
- Train and support clinical staff on software platforms
- Provide on-the-ground support for Sprinters and patients in the NorthEast Region
- Assist in the local launch of new partnerships and services
- Work with network and communication partners to continuously expand and enhance connectivity in remote areas
