Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or similar
  • Accounting Certification required (CPA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
  • 6+ years of accounting and/or Financial Planning & Analysis experience
  • Strong logical and analytical skills with experience in financial modeling
  • Experience in financial services or lending industries is a plus
  • Solid communication skills
  • Ability to think creatively and critically in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills, exposure to Tableau and SAP is a plus
Responsibilities
  • Supporting SFS's accounting and financing function including planning, budgeting, reporting, treasury, expense, and AP management
  • Ensuring accurate monthly accounting and forecasting
  • Overseeing routine transactions and assisting with client account management
  • Performing analyses, creating financial models, and forecasting/monitoring tools
  • Educating stakeholders on financial implications of business decisions
  • Supporting Sotheby's Global Finance team on an as-needed basis
