Requirements
  • 4+ years in SaaS product design with a track record of shipping products in an agile environment
  • Experience building and shipping products with complex workflows.
  • Strong systems-thinking mindset to synthesize problems and simplify design .
  • Deep working knowledge of UX fundamentals from academic training (Bachelors or Masters in UI/UX) or industry experience.
  • A refined, consumer-grade aesthetic sense in design execution.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
  • Product Design & Systems Thinking: Apply strong UX foundations to design scalable, intuitive workflows for complex scientific and research applications
  • User-centered Design: Synthesize user problems into elegant, intuitive, consumer-grade solutions that optimize workflows and data input experiences.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Scientists to craft solutions that simplify intricate user journeys
  • End-to-End Ownership: Lead design projects from concept to execution, ensuring a high standard of usability and aesthetics.
  • Communication & Influence: Effectively communicate design decisions and rationale across teams and stakeholders.
