Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to establish and grow partnerships with employers, benefits consultants, TPAs, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Identify and engage potential employer partners, build relationships with key decision-makers, and negotiate agreements that increase access to and drive utilization of our program.
  • Own revenue targets for the employer channel, leveraging partnerships to expand our reach and impact.
  • Conduct market research and work closely with marketing, product, and clinical teams to align messaging, tailor offerings to employer needs, and differentiate our solutions in the marketplace.
  • Partner with internal teams, including sales, product/engineering, and operations, to ensure seamless implementation and execution of employer partnerships.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and in media engagements to position us as a leader in employer-driven mental health solutions.
  • Utilize data and insights to track partnership performance, optimize strategies, and ensure continuous improvement.
