Your Team, Your Impact
Marvell is on the lookout for a seasoned and visionary leader to helm our Global Real Estate, Facilities, and Workplace Experience team. In this pivotal role, you will orchestrate the strategy and management of Marvell’s global real estate and facilities operations, ensuring alignment with the overarching goals of the organization. Your mission will be to unite top-level stakeholders around a cohesive facilities strategy and to champion both macro and micro strategic initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and workplace dynamism worldwide.
Marvell is a hybrid workplace and this role will need to be located in Santa Clara, CA or Austin, TX.
What You Can Expect
Strategic Leadership in Real Estate: Spearhead the development and execution of a global real estate strategy that supports Marvell’s business goals. This includes site selection, lease negotiations, acquisitions, disposals, and strategic consolidation of properties.
Executive Reviews and Strategic Alignment: Implement a regular cadence of executive reviews to ensure real estate and facilities strategies are fully aligned with Marvell’s business objectives. Collaborate closely with finance and business leadership to integrate facilities planning with broader corporate strategies, ensuring optimal support for organizational growth and financial goals
Facilities Management Excellence: Ensure all Marvell facilities are safe, efficient, and optimized for employee productivity. Responsibilities encompass vendor management, maintenance, and adherence to health and safety standards.
Enhanced Workplace Experience: Innovate and implement initiatives aimed at elevating the workplace environment, thereby boosting collaboration, inclusivity, and employee satisfaction.
Fiscal Oversight: Craft and oversee the budget for real estate and facilities operations, prioritizing cost-efficiency without compromising on quality or service.
Sustainability and CSR: Lead sustainability efforts within the real estate and facilities domains, focusing on energy efficiency and environmental stewardship.
Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a superlative communicator and consensus builder, engaging with executive leadership and various business units to align facilities strategies with corporate objectives.
Leadership and Team Development: Cultivate a culture of excellence and continuous improvement, mentoring and motivating a global team towards achieving superior results.
Data-Driven Optimization: Establish a comprehensive data collection framework that captures key operational metrics across all facilities. Utilize this data to drive continuous improvements, inform strategic decisions, and enhance overall operational effectiveness and efficiency.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
At least 18 years of experience in corporate real estate or facilities management, with a minimum of 10 years in a leadership role.
Demonstrated success in developing and implementing global real estate strategies.
Extensive knowledge of facilities management practices, including space planning and workplace design.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to build consensus and foster strong relationships.
Experience leading diverse, cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with sustainability and CSR initiatives in the context of real estate and facilities management.

Expected Base Pay Range (USD) for Santa Clara, CA
$331,000 - $420,000 per annum
The successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
