  • Collaborate cross-functionally with all engineering teams from ideation to implementation, ensuring timely and quality execution of products to meet business goals and leverage company's strengths
  • Lead, grow, and nurture the career development of an amazing team of Product Managers including: providing goals, structure, mentoring, and inspiration
  • Help lead the Product Management practice and culture, both in how we work and the design of the organization
  • Develop processes for collecting and analyzing feedback, requests, and metrics to shape requirements, features, and broader product strategy
