Responsibilities
  • Maintain an up-to-date employee census and organizational chart
  • Run payroll bimonthly and provide supplementary info to stakeholders
  • Provide month-end payroll entry with details regarding salaries and benefits
  • Serve as the primary administrator for Rippling (HRIS)
  • Prepare and review total compensation and benefits packages for new employees
  • Administer health benefits, 401k program, and other compensation programs
  • Establish processes for changes in employee status and compensation
  • Coordinate with department leaders for accurate incentive plan documents
  • Assist with calculations for variable compensation targets
