  • 4-7 years of experience in a payroll position
  • 2+ years of experience in payroll management
  • At least 1 year of experience with Rippling
  • Proficiency with an HRIS system or PEO
  • Demonstrated ability to manage benefit design & implementation
  • Proven participation in leave management, sick leave, compensation cycles and performance reviews
  • Smart, diligent, with a keen eye for detail!
Responsibilities
  • Maintain an up-to-date employee census and organizational chart
  • Run payroll bimonthly and provide supplementary info to stakeholders
  • Provide month-end payroll entry with details regarding salaries and benefits
  • Serve as the primary administrator for Rippling (HRIS)
  • Prepare and review total compensation and benefits packages for new employees
  • Administer health benefits, 401k program, and other compensation-related programs
  • Establish processes for changes in employee status and incentive plans
  • Assist with preparation of calculations for variable compensation targets
