Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Mathematics, or related field, preferred.
  • 4 years of experience in fiscal management and administrative activities related to budgeting, resource planning, manpower, and financial reporting, required.
  • Demonstrated experience with Navy Enterprise Resources Program (N-ERP) and the Program Budget Information System (PBIS), required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365: Outlook, Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams, required.
  • High degree of familiarity/experience with Foreign Military Sales programs, required.
Responsibilities
  • Provides input to the Program Objective Memorandum (POM), Program Review (PR), issue sheet development, budget drills, and reclamas.
  • Coordinates inputs from stakeholders and ensures accuracy of data.
  • Maintains, consolidates, and organizes databases of budgetary status based on information provided through Navy Enterprise Resources Program (N-ERP) and the Program Budget Information System (PBIS).
  • Performs budget execution including tracking status of obligations and expenditures in detail by year, appropriation, and program for financial reconciliation for all funds.
  • Updates and develops spreadsheets and financial status briefs and presentations.
  • Prepares financial charts and input for briefings in support of mid-year reviews, budget execution reviews, spend plan reviews, and various other program briefings.
  • Tracks and monitors financial documents through the routing and approval process.
  • Participates in preliminary financial reviews and prepares monthly and quarterly reports for the IPT Lead and FMS Case Manager.
Desired Qualifications
  • Familiarity with Fiscal Management and Budget Programs, preferred.
  • Familiarity with budget and financial execution of rocket and weapons systems, preferred.
  • Experience supporting complex government projects or contract management, highly desired.
