Responsibilities
  • develops and implements innovative program concepts, formats, and delivery methods that drive participant engagement and meet learning outcomes.
  • collaborates with Booth faculty and instructors to design and develop new and existing open enrollment programs, ensuring alignment with market needs and Booth's academic excellence.
  • oversees launch of new and refreshed program designs ensuring high-quality execution and participant satisfaction.
  • develops and tracks key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program effectiveness and learning impact and identifies areas for improvement.
  • creates, manages and monitors high-quality end-to-end customer experience workflows and operating metrics from pre-to-post open enrollment program journey.
  • analyzes open enrollment new and refreshed program growth and gross margin targets quarterly and YOY; identifies risks and implements corrective administrative action when appropriate.
  • stays abreast of market trends, learning methods and emerging program topics to inform program development and innovation; collaborates with Global Marketing and Enrollment team on new program concept demand testing, pilots and roll out.
  • oversight of online program development staff, cross-functional project team members and external partners in development of new and refreshed curriculum.
  • plans and develops program objectives, long-term goals, and procedures, which requires specialized knowledge and experience in this area. Plans, implements, and evaluates the effectiveness of programs, initiating revisions as needed.
  • serves as a resource for program information. Resolves problems or questions referred by program staff, University administrators, or other contingencies.
  • performs other related work as needed.
Desired Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Master’s degree in relevant field.
  • At least seven years of experience in a role managing learning and design for professional leaders or executive education.
  • Background in customer success, consultative sales, and adult learning theory and practice in industry and academic institutions.
  • Understanding of industry beyond the talent, learning and development function.
  • Project management and continuous process improvement experience.
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook), LMS (Canvas), and CRM (Salesforce).
  • Utilize generative AI tools for management and operations.
