Director, Security Defense Programs
Key Role:
Lead the direction of a diverse and integrated security organization supporting Booz Allen’s largest business portfolio and Global Defense Sector (GDS) with programs and people supporting the DoD across the globe. Serve as an influential leader across the corporate security landscape that safeguards critical technologies, sensitive information, and cleared facilities across the U.S. Serve as a luminary for setting a vision and strategy for innovative and effective solutioning of complex security challenges to help drive the business efficiently. Represent Security Services at a senior level with internal stakeholders, external industry peers, government leaders, and in Industry and Government Security Working Groups. Work across the infrastructure and business organization to identify and build relationships across classified domains to help the company position and execute new business.
Basic Qualifications:
10+ years of experience leading large security organizations
Experience with personnel, physical, industrial, and program security
Experience creating polished reports and decks for presentations to senior leadership
Knowledge of Risk Management and Counterintelligence and helping to integrate those disciplines into the Industrial and Program Security operations for proactively identifying and mitigating threats to company operations
Ability to be detailed-orientated and display a strategic and analytical outlook
Top Secret clearance
Bachelor’s degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $139,400.00 to $259,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
