Responsibilities
  • Assist in the recruitment process by updating job boards.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing paperwork and conducting weekly orientations.
  • Maintain employee records (soft and hard copies) and ensure all employment requirements are met.
  • Process employee documentation (e.g., contracts, new hire paperwork, promotions, terminations).
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.).
  • Assist in handling employee inquiries and issues, escalating to HR management when necessary.
  • Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
  • Administer training evaluations and monitor training programs.
  • Assist in HR projects such as performance management, employee engagement surveys, policy reviews, and other company initiatives.
  • Participate in HR process improvements and systems enhancements.
