Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field with 9+ years of technical project or program management experience OR Masters degree in Computer science, Information Technology with 7+ years of technical project or program management experience
  • Experience with Agile methods including Scrum and Kanban
  • Enterprise software engineering program management experience for full SDLC
  • Experience using product backlog management tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project for planning, execution, and release transparency
  • Ability to articulate technical concepts in business terms through MS Office tools including MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills to document and communicate project commitments, progress status, issues, risks, and mitigation plans to leadership
Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple highly complex projects or a large complex Care applications programs by driving projects through the lifecycle phases to successful completion as defined in projects charter
  • Serve as the program lead for multiple projects
  • Develop and maintain a project schedule to track milestones
  • Develop and execute plans for managing risk
  • Escalate project-related issues to management in accordance with project guidelines and requirements
  • Manage project change control processes
  • Coordinate production issue resolution
  • Interpret data to help guide teams towards issue resolution and risk management
  • Make recommendations regarding solutions to problems or issues
  • Present project status updates to senior leadership and key stakeholders
  • Demonstrate up-to-date expertise and apply this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans
  • Provide and support the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders
  • Model compliance with company policies and procedures and support company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity
  • Act as an altruistic servant leader and are consistently humble, self-aware, honest, and transparent
  • Demonstrate curiosity and a growth mindset; foster an environment that supports learning, innovation, and intelligent risk-taking
  • Seek and implement continuous improvements and encourage the team to leverage new digital tools and ways of working
  • Build strong and trusting relationships with team members and business partners; work collaboratively and cross-functionally to achieve objectives
Desired Qualifications
  • Industry certifications which may include Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Agelist, Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, with specialization in strategy, supply chain, finance, information systems, or related area and 3 years’ experience in product design
  • Knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly
