Requirements
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in Rx or pharmacy operations.
  • A Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills for stakeholder engagement.
  • A background in compliance and risk management.
Responsibilities
  • Lead continuous process improvement and risk mitigation initiatives, leveraging data to enhance efficiency.
  • Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with departmental goals and company objectives, ensuring smooth daily execution.
  • Support business growth by enabling new service offerings across cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state health and pharmacy regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align operations with business needs.
  • Lead change management initiatives to adapt operations to evolving business environments.
  • Oversee financial evaluations, renewal strategies, business placements, benchmarking, and project tracking.
  • Foster strong relationships with carriers, vendors, and internal Mercer teams.
Desired Qualifications
  • Knowledge of process improvement methods such as Lean or Six Sigma.
  • Budget or financial management experience.
  • Familiarity with Workday or a similar human resources information system.
  • Motivation to work in an environment using artificial intelligence and technology-enabled tools.
