Requirements
  • University/college degree, or in the last year of Bachelor/Master studies (preferably in translation, journalism, marketing, communication, or languages)
  • Tech-Savvy with an ability to quickly learn and work with various platforms and software solutions
  • Language: Written/verbal proficiency skills in English are required, other EU languages are an asset
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritise and manage many ongoing projects

Responsibilities
  • Upload digital content, including copy, images, videos, and other assets, to various online platforms (PXM, PIM, DAM systems, internal tools, e-commerce platforms)
  • Ensure all content is uploaded and syndicated according to established guidelines, standards, and schedules, maintaining accuracy, consistency, efficiency and quality across platforms
  • Monitor the content and produce monitoring reports
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including content creators, graphic designers, and project managers, to receive content assets and specifications for upload
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to content uploads, including file formatting, compatibility, and technical errors
  • Quality assurance: continuous monitoring and online control
  • Stay up-to-date with platform updates, best practices, and emerging technologies related to digital content publishing and distribution.
