Requirements
- You have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or a related field
- You have 8+ years of experience, in a brand, creative agency or apparel marketing
- You are an excellent communicator and enthusiastic collaborator who works well with team members, external partners, and senior management
- You are a creative thinker with a demonstrated ability to apply ideas strategically while working to a set budget and timeline
- You have demonstrated experience in building deep relationships, leveraging insights, managing large-scale strategic initiatives, and bringing the execution to life on the ground
- You have a comprehensive understanding of key digital channels: website, SEO, digital content, paid media, social media, etc
- You are well-versed in traditional marketing services channels: call center, marketing data operations, mass email communications, project management
- You are self motivated and proactive; continuously looking to bring new opportunities and ideas to the table
- You have in depth experience with content and marketing channels, including paid media, audio, social, digital ads, influencer marketing, and experiential
- You are detail-oriented with the ability to work in a cross-functional and fast-paced entrepreneurial environment on multiple projects under tight deadlines
- You think creatively while also understanding the role of content in informing digital projects and programs
- You are able to foster strong relationships at all levels of the organization and collaborate effectively with colleagues across all levels
- You are genuinely passionate about the outdoors, apparel, and fashion industry
Responsibilities
- As the Director, Integrated Brand Marketing, you will drive all brand awareness and consumer engagement efforts for the brand. You will play a key role in executing brand strategy and multi-channel integrated marketing programs. You will be responsible for the implementation of the annual content programming activation calendar to ultimately drive brand awareness and strengthen our positioning in the marketplace. Reporting to the Senior Director, Brand Marketing, you will play a pivotal role working across a matrixed organization to build, drive and maintain exciting growth. You will drive brand goals and objectives forward and is responsible for connecting marketing strategies to digital strategies to achieve business results. This position will leverage digital and marketing services channels to drive growth, awareness, engagement, and retention across Arc'teryx audiences. This is an equal part, strategic, operational and executional role. The right candidate is a creative thinker with exceptional communication skills, who is able to manage and execute plans across multiple teams, projects, and priorities
