  • Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks for team members including: calendar management and meeting coordination; preparing confidential correspondence, memos, letters, presentations, and other documents using Microsoft Office
  • Expense and travel management, including completing and reconciling expense reports, arranging detailed travel plans, itineraries and agendas; as well as compiling documents for meetings and travel
  • Ability to build and edit presentations for both internal and external client audiences
  • Data Base administration to provide team with reports and maintenance of contacts
  • Post conference support by entering and following up with contacts
  • Coordinate visitors through building security process, as well as receive and direct guests as appropriate
  • Value add project work as required
  • Copying, organizing, filing and transmission of documents
  • Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies
  • Works closely and effectively with the team to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately. Acts as a "barometer," having a sense for the issues taking place in the environment and keeping the parties updated
