Requirements
- A self-starter, with strong communication skills and work ethic
- High level of initiative and self-motivation

- Ability to effectively handle multiple activities, projects, and support multiple professional staff

- Degree from college or technical school and minimum of three years of experience in an office environment required
- Computer proficient with mastery of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint also required
- Experience in start up or fast paced work environments preferred
Responsibilities
- Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks for team members including: calendar management and meeting coordination; preparing confidential correspondence, memos, letters, presentations, and other documents using Microsoft Office
- Expense and travel management, including completing and reconciling expense reports, arranging detailed travel plans, itineraries and agendas; as well as compiling documents for meetings and travel
- Ability to build and edit presentations for both internal and external client audiences
- Data Base administration to provide team with reports and maintenance of contacts
- Post conference support by entering and following up with contacts
- Coordinate visitors through building security process, as well as receive and direct guests as appropriate
- Value add project work as required
- Copying, organizing, filing and transmission of documents
- Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies
- Works closely and effectively with the team to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately. Acts as a "barometer," having a sense for the issues taking place in the environment and keeping the parties updated
