  • Bachelor's degree in project management, engineering, construction management, or a related field. Some employers may accept an associate's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 5 years experience in project management, scheduling, or a related field, with a strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, and control.
  • Must have strong technical skills, including proficiency in scheduling software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar tools.
  • Must have a high level of attention to detail, including the ability to identify errors and inconsistencies in project plans and schedules.
  • Must have strong communication skills to effectively communicate with project managers, engineers, vendors, and clients, and to present project schedules in a clear and concise manner.
  • Must have strong analytical skills to analyze data, identify potential scheduling risks, and make informed decisions.
  • Must be able to manage their time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Must be able to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Must also be committed to continuous improvement and professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest scheduling methodologies and tools.
  • Overall, must have a combination of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and communication abilities to effectively plan and organize the schedules of projects and events.
Responsibilities
  • Reviewing project plans and specifications to determine the timeline and milestones of the project.
  • Developing project schedules and timelines using scheduling software.
  • Identifying critical paths and potential schedule conflicts, and proposing solutions to prevent delays.
  • Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that project schedules are realistic and achievable.
  • Communicating project schedules to team members and stakeholders, and providing regular updates on progress.
  • Tracking project milestones and deadlines, and adjusting schedules as necessary to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Monitoring and analyzing project performance metrics, such as cost, quality, and productivity, to identify areas for improvement.
  • Participating in project planning and risk management activities to identify potential scheduling risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Continuously improving scheduling processes and methodologies.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Products (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, & Adobe)
  • All ProSidian staff must be determined eligible for a "Facility Access Authorization" (also referred to as an "Employment Authorization") by the USG's designated Security Office.
  • Ability to multi-task and pay close attention to detail.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Products (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, & Adobe)
