  • Bachelor’s degree with coursework in math, engineering or related areas (or equivalent) and at least 10 years of directly related consulting experience in loss prevention or progressive safety/heath field.
  • Candidates are typically working towards (or obtained) an advanced degree and/or professional certification in one or more of the following areas: CSP, ARM, CRM, CPCU, CIH, or CPE.
  • Advanced knowledge, skills and experience in a specialized field, service planning and delivery, risk assessment, risk analysis, solutions management and progress measurement.
  • Fully effective interpersonal, writing and other communication skills, required to develop and maintain relationships with customers, peers, and industry contacts.
  • Excellent coaching and mentoring skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to retrieve and enter information using various proprietary software applications and create/modify documents and complex spreadsheets using Microsoft Office suite.
  • Position requires regular travel.
Responsibilities
  • Directly responsible for development, implementation, and direction of the H&S Standards.
  • Primary duties include strategic planning, advancement of technical capabilities, talent development, and relationship management. Enhances technical thought leadership and overall strategy improvement.
  • Translates emerging risks, technology, and industry best practices for field application to advance the discipline impacting current and future business objectives.
  • Develops talent strategy for discipline to develop skill and transfer knowledge in partnership with H&S Leadership.
  • Assumes project and change management responsibilities for H&S Standards Development, Standard Governance, and Strategy Initiatives.
  • Advanced knowledge, skills and experience in strategy planning and delivery, risk assessment, risk analysis, regulatory compliance, technology solutions management, and progress measurement.
  • Having the ability to collaborate, innovate, influence, and inspire those around them to meet a common goal. This includes mentoring and coaching, owning personal and career growth aspirations, and becoming a leader in their field.
  • Having a growth mindset that allows for continuous improvement of work product and service delivery in a collaborative way that provides consistent innovation.
  • Ability to form and sustain relationships with formal and informal leaders of the organization and become a trusted influencer to impact business objectives.

  • Advanced degree in related field or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 10 years of progressively more responsible related work experience which includes at least 5 years of management/supervisory experience.
  • Candidates are typically working towards (or obtained) an advanced degree and/or professional certification in one or more of the following areas: CSP, ARM, CRM, CPCU, CIH, CPE, or NEBOSH Certification.
  • Experience in ISO management systems.
  • International Health & Safety Experience and proficient in multiple languages.
