Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or marketing

Responsibilities
  • Author Acquisition:
  • Identify, research, and approach global authors, experts, and thought leaders in Mindvalley disciplines
  • Negotiate and finalize agreements and contracts with authors to provide content for our platform
  • Take the lead on author-related legal and financial matters, collaborating closely with legal and finance teams to ensure compliance and efficiency
  • Relationship Management:
  • Maintain strong, positive relationships with existing authors, serving as the main point of contact and ensuring their needs and expectations are met
  • Provide ongoing support and collaboration to authors to ensure content delivery and quality standards
  • Strategically prioritize and manage internal team requests related to author engagement, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
  • Content Quality Assurance:
  • Collaborate with the content and production teams to ensure that author-provided content aligns with the platform's standards and guidelines
  • Review and approve content submissions, ensuring it meets quality and relevance criteria
  • Content Scheduling and Delivery:
  • Provide strategic direction and oversight for speakers and agenda planning at events, working in tandem with the events team
  • Work with Content Producers and Operations teams to establish content delivery schedules and timelines
  • Collaborate with internal teams to proactively identify and resolve any issues, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for authors
  • Author Development:
  • Support authors in improving their content creation for Mindvalley Company goals
  • Provide guidance and resources to help authors enhance their impact on our platform
  • Author Community Building:
  • Foster a sense of community among our author partners by creating forums for knowledge sharing and collaboration
  • Utilize advanced tools and internal systems to facilitate transparent information flow and streamline communication processes

  • Track and report on author performance, content engagement, and subscriber feedback to inform strategic decisions and improvements
