  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance and CPA preferred
  • 6+ years of experience in accounting, including Big 4 public accounting experience and experience with financial reporting in a public company
  • Well versed in the statement of cash flow preparation and requirements
  • Strong knowledge of SEC regulations, GAAP, and financial reporting standards
  • Workiva and XBRL experience preferred
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Accounting research and problem-solving skills required
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external business partners
  • Ability to operate independently and as part of a larger functional team
Responsibilities
  • Prepare and review SEC filings, including 10-Ks, 10-Qs, 8-Ks, and other required reports
  • Prepare and review the statement of the cash flows and various supporting schedules
  • Prepare and review various internal financial reporting schedules and reports, including Non-GAAP reconciliations and bridges from GAAP to Non-GAAP
  • Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary information for SEC filings
  • Complete disclosure checklists to ensure all disclosure requirements are met
  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure timely and accurate completion of audits and reviews
  • Assist in the preparation of quarterly earnings releases and other financial communications
  • Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) controls as it pertains to financial reporting and equity
  • Assist in various ongoing and ad-hoc projects or initiatives as needed
