  • 6-10 years of experience in Revenue Enablement in a SaaS environment
  • At least 5 years of experience in driving strategic initiatives for Sales, Sales Engineering, and/or Sales Operations
  • Strong program management experience. Certifications such as ACP, PPM or PMP preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with various selling skills programs and methodologies, such as Command of the Message, MEDDPICC, Sandler Training, Solution Selling, SPIN, and Value Selling
  • Experience with best practices for curriculum development and content creation
  • A strong understanding and knowledge of learning management systems
  • Ability to influence and work with a cross-functional and cross-geographical team
  • Ability to collaborate and work with a variety of stakeholders
  • Passion for sharing knowledge and helping others succeed
Responsibilities
  • Work with the Professional Skills team to develop, test, and implement company-wide gold standard selling skills training programs
  • Manage key strategic initiatives related to Nutanix Sales Methodology and Sales Process
  • Track and deliver on key metrics of success
  • Communicate team successes within the Revenue Enablement organization and to key stakeholders across Nutanix
  • Coordinate content for sales events and training
