Requirements
  • 5-7 years of experience in an Integration related role and understanding of FIX protocol
  • Bachelor’s Degree completed or relative work experience required
  • Strong knowledge of FIX protocol (4.2, 4.4, 5.0, etc.) and electronic trading workflows
  • Experience with order management systems (OMS), execution management systems (EMS), and trade lifecycle
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and client-facing communication skills
  • Detail oriented, strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize
  • Strong collaboration skills, including active listening, open communication and ability to support colleagues of all levels in achieving business objectives
Responsibilities
  • Onboard, configure, and support new and existing FIX protocol connections with trading counterparties (e.g., brokers, banks, liquidity providers, third party vendors)
  • Ongoing development, rollout, implementation and troubleshooting of integration services including pre/post trade execution, AIEX, and API trading
  • Establish and cultivate relationships with clients, vendors/partners and prospects
  • Guide customers through the process of system integration and certify new workflows
  • Provide real-time support for FIX connectivity and trading issues during market hours
  • Work closely with internal teams (sales, developers, support, and product) in their efforts to enhance FIX protocol integration, increase trade volume and resolve client concerns
  • Monitor FIX connectivity and session stability
  • Maintain detailed documentation on FIX session configurations, mappings, and troubleshooting guides
  • Communicate technical requirements to internal teams and external partners
  • Training customers on new product enhancements
  • Work with all product teams on new enhancement
Desired Qualifications
  • Preferred proficiency in message parsing (FIX logs), data, and troubleshooting tools (Verifix, Snowflake, Tableau, Sigma Computing)
