  • Minimum three years of general marketing experience required; real estate or brokerage industry experience is a strong plus

  • Superior knowledge of Microsoft O365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of all major social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram), CMS content platforms (WordPress, Sitecore), and tools (Hootsuite, etc.) as well as Microsoft O365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with task management software (Asana, Monday, etc.)
  • Execute a wide variety of projects across advertising, social media, PR and content development
  • Coordinate Divisional social channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) including developing and maintaining content calendar, creating posts and monitoring activity and engagement
  • Measure social media performance and report on key metrics to inform future strategies
  • Support content development, formatting, layout and graphics for marketing materials (flyers, postcards, advertisements, etc.) using Adobe Creative Suite
  • Deliver monthly Divisional and Corporate Marketing reporting
  • Manage internal press release routing process and approvals including publishing content (news, events, etc.) to company website using Sitecore content management system
  • Provide marketing support for ad hoc Divisional level projects (events, internal communications, recruiting) and support the Field Marketing team by completing other tasks and duties as assigned
  • Proactively monitor projects and scope, ensuring alignment to established priorities and established marketing plan
  • Perform thorough quality checks to ensure completed work meets requirements
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with external vendors and publications
