We are seeking a Benefits Coordinator to assist with leave of absences and assist in the administration of Health and Welfare employee benefit programs. You will assist in benefits design, vendor management, and development and implementation of benefits program strategy for US Benefit Plans.
***Hybrid schedule from our Dallas, TX office.
How you’ll make an impact:
- You will manage benefits billing which includes obtaining and reconciling invoices, creating purchase orders and submitting and tracking payments
- You will conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy between Workday benefits, payroll and benefits carriers. Conduct research and assist on special projects
- You will manage data integration, liaising between benefits vendors to resolve enrollment issues
- You will respond to benefits related employee inquiries, research issues and identify trends. Assist in leave administration
- You will be conducting new hire benefits orientation and assist in benefits communication and promotion of benefits initiatives
We could be a match if:
- You will have benefits administration experience. A+ solid understanding of benefit plan(s) principles, COBRA, ERISA, HIPAA, FMLA and other domestic regulations related to benefits is required
- You will be proficient in Workday and strong MS Office skills (strong Excel)
- You will possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- You will have a sense of urgency and demonstrate the ability to work well with team members and business colleagues in the delivery of benefit initiatives as assigned
