How you’ll make an impact:

• You will manage benefits billing which includes obtaining and reconciling invoices, creating purchase orders and submitting and tracking payments
• You will conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy between Workday benefits, payroll and benefits carriers. Conduct research and assist on special projects
• You will manage data integration, liaising between benefits vendors to resolve enrollment issues
• You will respond to benefits related employee inquiries, research issues and identify trends. Assist in leave administration
• You will be conducting new hire benefits orientation and assist in benefits communication and promotion of benefits initiatives

We could be a match if:

• You will have benefits administration experience. A+ solid understanding of benefit plan(s) principles, COBRA, ERISA, HIPAA, FMLA and other domestic regulations related to benefits is required
• You will be proficient in Workday and strong MS Office skills (strong Excel)
• You will possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• You will have a sense of urgency and demonstrate the ability to work well with team members and business colleagues in the delivery of benefit initiatives as assigned
