Requirements
  • A BA/BS degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or another related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Two years of job-related experience.
Responsibilities
  • Manage standard, routine data analysis projects with limited supervision from the initial request through presentation of data results, ensuring completion within budget and on time.
  • Work with other Data Management Analysts to process and analyze data and report findings.
  • Create automated data routines and processes for reporting and data delivery, ensuring accurate data manipulation and data cleansing.
  • Manage standard data extracts and list pulls, ensuring accurate data.
  • Transfer data from databases to various analysts to support operational analysis efforts.
  • Apply data processing and analysis techniques to analyze data using statistical tools and develop ad hoc reports, statistics, trends, and profiles.
  • Develop and communicate clear, concise, and actionable data analyses for clients.
Desired Qualifications
  • Familiarity with utility operations.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and Access skills, including complex formulas, graphing, and Visual Basic for Applications.
  • Advanced skill in building Power BI reports.
  • Advanced skill in writing Structured Query Language queries.
  • Knowledge of the Python programming language and common data packages such as PySpark and pandas.
  • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks independently.
  • Communication and presentation skills to deliver findings and make recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Project management skills.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based data integration platforms such as Snowflake or Foundry.
