Responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers by understanding their needs and business objectives, fostering strategic partnerships between Blue Yonder and its clients.
  • Drive end-to-end sales by building and managing a strong pipeline, forecasting accurately, and achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual quota targets.
  • Develop and execute account plans to identify, pursue, and win new professional services engagements, driving net-new services bookings and expand into new markets, industries and verticals.
  • Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, social media, campaigns, and other outreach efforts, ensuring a consistent flow of opportunities.
  • Plan and execute targeted sales campaigns to promote Blue Yonder’s services to both new and existing customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams (such as sales support and business architects) to deliver compelling proposals and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and delivery teams to align on messaging, campaigns, and execution of sales initiatives.
  • Prepare and present impactful presentations and proposals to prospects and partners, clearly communicating the value of Blue Yonder’s solutions and services.
  • Stay aligned with Blue Yonder’s overall product and services strategy, ensuring sales campaigns are positioned effectively in the market.
  • Maintain accurate and timely updates in CRM, including lead status, sales activity, pipeline forecasts, and performance tracking.
  • Contribute to process improvements and best practices to enhance the efficiency, scalability, and impact of the sales function.
Desired Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in services sales, business development, or a related field (ideally with experience in software or technology solutions).
  • Background in Professional Services or Customer Success is an advantage.
  • Experience supporting services or SaaS-based offerings is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with sales enablement, ABM strategies, is desirable.
