OT Cyber Security Healthcare, Senior Manager
Key Role:
Apply knowledge of cybersecurity and industrial equipment to help develop and drive strategies that enable Healthcare clients to secure their OT networks, drive down cyber risks, and design and implement OT cybersecurity monitoring solutions. Maintain responsibility for developing business and marketing materials to drive capability growth across healthcare commercial clients. Collaborate with key stakeholders from market and sales team to help drive the sales process. Deliver across client projects and maintain responsibility for conducting interviews with business and technology leaders, key client stakeholders, supporting engagement managers, developing strategies, and presenting findings. Work both remotely and onsite at various commercial, industrial, or government facilities. Travel to client facilities periodically to perform activities such as conducting cybersecurity workshops or performing security assessment activities, which may include physical security walk-downs, observations, technical configuration reviews, and conducting personnel interviews. This position will require travel within the U.S. up to 50% of the time to client sites. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.
Basic Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in business development, proposal creation, driving go-to-market strategies, and tracking business growth
- Experience in leading and managing diverse and remote teams, meeting aggressive deadlines, and thriving in a dynamic high-intensity environment, and presenting and communicating to teams, executives, and clients, including briefings, sales calls, and team-based discussions
- Experience with Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Medtech, or Bio Tech companies
- Knowledge of vendors and types of Industrial Control System (ICS) and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) equipment, including PLCs, HMIs, and VFDs, and analyzing and providing recommended improvements to the ICS programs and systems to meet industry standards and best practices
- Knowledge of cybersecurity functions, including risk management, vulnerability assessments, security assessments, strategy, and program development
- Knowledge of security systems, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, anti-virus software, authentications systems, log management, and content filtering
- Ability to work with and guide senior leaders, including CISO, CIO, and CTO and executives to ideate, build, and execute OT cybersecurity capability maturation
- Ability to synthesize technical content and distill into key messages that will resonate with senior business leaders, and author technical documentation, whitepapers, and blogs on leading Cybersecurity topics and concepts
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
- HS diploma or GED
Additional Qualifications
- Experience with IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82, NERC CIP, or other industrial control regulations
- Experience with analyzing vulnerability and security risk assessment tool results, including from OT Passive Monitoring Tools
- Knowledge of cybersecurity tools, network topologies, intrusion detection, PKI, and secured networks
- Knowledge of any automation or control systems programming software

- Possession of strong project management skills, including in finance, resource management, planning, and delivery execution
- Bachelor’s degree
- Global Industrial Cybersecurity Professional (GICSP), Certified SCADA Security Architect (CSSA), or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certifications

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $139,400.00 to $259,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
