Requirements
  • Hands-on experience processing complete end-to-end H-1B and Green Card petitions, including petition drafting and Labor Condition Application preparation with the Department of Labor.
  • Willingness to work in shifts.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with excellent English grammar.
  • Strong organizational and detail-orientation skills with the ability to effectively multitask.
  • A strong client or customer focus and a team-oriented approach.
  • At least 5 years of experience in employment-based immigration.
Responsibilities
  • Communicate and understand clients' United States immigration requirements.
  • Process H-1B, L-1A/B, TN, EB-1/2/3, H-1B1, dependent and derivative cases, advance parole, employment authorizations, adjustment of status, and all phases of employment-based Green Card processes.
  • Improve application-processing accuracy consistently.
  • Maintain knowledge of industry changes and alterations to immigration laws.
  • Maintain accurate case records and provide periodic updates as required.
  • Remain aware of regular United States Citizenship and Immigration Services updates.
  • Identify opportunities for process and system improvement and work with lead, technology quality assurance, and development teams to implement them.

  • Paralegal certification or a degree from an accredited college or university.
