  • Recent experience building, selling and managing your own book of accounts
  • A Grinder/Hunter mentality combined with an intrinsically motivated focus
  • A skilled user of Salesforce, SalesLoft or Outreach, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Microsoft Office products
  • You are comfortable accepting change and working in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities
  • own and manage your book of business by acquiring net new clients & re-engaging inactive accounts
  • doing discovery, demonstrations, and follow-up conversations with prospective clients
  • help find the right recruiting solutions that fit their overall cleared security personnel needs
  • self-generate your own opportunities to sell, leveraging a hunter mindset
  • work with a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help create additional opportunities
  • be productive and efficient with the technology stack we use on a daily basis (i.e. Salesforce, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator)
  • meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly quotas
