Requirements
- Two to four years of work experience.
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, push, pull, and use stairs during a shift.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to travel locally and occasionally nationally.
- Ability to pass a background check, motor vehicle record check, and drug screen.
Responsibilities
- Clean, charge, and prepare autonomous vehicles.
- Check vehicle equipment and software before testing.
- Move and organize vehicles, equipment, and parts.
- Complete basic paperwork and daily documentation.
- Assist technicians with basic vehicle tasks such as wiring checks and part changes.
- Support vehicle recovery and incident response.
- Assist with testing, traffic control, cone courses, and support driving.
- Report problems and help resolve issues quickly.
Desired Qualifications
- Automotive, technical, or hands-on experience.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Office, or Google Workspace.
- Background in automotive repair, vehicle operations, fleet work, warehouse or logistics, electric vehicles, electronics, military, or technical trades.
