Requirements
  • DDS or DMD from a CODA accredited dental school
  • 5+ years of experience in the clinical practice of dentistry
  • Active dental license with experience in implementing dental policies in a dental clinic or DSO setting
  • In-depth knowledge of DSO and dental office operational and clinical workflows and technology
  • Possess knowledge and ability to apply management principles and techniques
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present/lecture to groups of 15-150 people both in person and virtually
  • Proficient in excel, Google Docs, and creating presentations and clinical reports
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments internally, and with external partners and business stakeholders
Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clinical leaders dental practices and dental service organizations (DSOs) to assist them in implementing Overjet's artificial intelligence
  • Establish a scalable dental implementation process with DSOs. This includes clinical requirement analysis, clinical review implementation workflow, and post-implementation support
  • Ensure that Overjet's dental services are delivered per contractual requirements and in compliance with best practices of clinical policy implementation
  • Provide assistance and regular feedback to Overjet's clinical operations team to improve performance and enhance customer success
  • Develop repeatable and consistent clinical metrics for product delivery
  • Provide DSO executives and clinicians with clinical confidence, credibility, and capability to seamlessly implement Al in national payers' workflows
  • Influence, educate, train, and transform DSO clinical teams, and external and internal business partners on Al implementation of clinical review
  • Act as a liaison between internal clinical, engineering, and machine learning teams in improving the clinical product by continually providing them with feedback from users
  • Work closely with talent acquisition to ensure the hiring, retention, and training of qualified staff to support the clinical delivery of products and services to DSOs and individual practices
  • Occasional travel to dental conferences and customer events to provide educational lectures and product demonstrations is required (<25%)
