- A consistent track record of exceeding sales and/or retention goals as an individual contributor and team lead
- Hands-on approach to learning and coaching others
- A genuine motivation to help facilitate the career growth of others both personally and professionally
- Experience in developing and implementing strategic process and enablement materials to increase team efficiencies
- Deep understanding of Outbound Sales Development, including email copywriting, cold calling, objection handling, and qualifying
- Demonstrated data-driven approach to problem-solving and coaching
- Experience working closely with cross-functional partners, including enablement, ops, marketing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with paramount focus on detail
- Knowledge of the procurement, finance and/or accounting space
- An ability to celebrate change and embrace accountability
- Able and wanting to work in our Toronto office daily
- Build and manage teams responsible for generating outbound interest and qualifying interest for go-to-market teams
- Provide strategic guidance to Business Development Representatives (BDRs) on how to qualify and sell Zip to prospects
- Collaborate on account strategies with the Director of Business Development and Sales Leadership Team
- Consistently achieve monthly quotas at the team level
